The applicant shall obtain a pcrmit from Ramscy County for any and all work to bc <br />performcd within thc County Road 1 right of way, including but not limited to the <br />proposcd access drive onto County Road I. <br /> <br />I All utilities to the building shall be installed undcrground <br /> <br />3. Thc ground signs shall be of a monument style with a masonry basc. No pole or pylon <br />signs shall be permitted. <br /> <br />-J.. The site plan shall be reviscd to show a 20-loot setback along the eastern propelty line. <br /> <br />5.
