The applicant shall revise and resubmit the Certificate of Survey to include five-foot <br />perimeter drainage and utility easements along the north and south property line and ten- <br />foot perimeter drainage and utility easements along the east and west property lines and <br />add the following text to the Certificate of Survey: "Separate drainage and utility <br />easement documents dedicating the easement areas as shown on this survey have been <br />filed with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit the park dedication fee of $4,839 prior to the City stamping <br />the deeds for recordation. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall arrange to record the City Council resolution of approval with <br />Ramsey County and provide proof of such recordation to the City. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall record the deeds effectuating the subdivision with Ramsey County no <br />later than two months after the City Council approval.
