Single Family Residential. The <br />Property Identification Number is 06-30-23-22-0035; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the variance provision in the Zoning Code is to givc relief to <br />propcrty owners when the strict cnforcement of the zoning codc requircmcnts imposes a hardship <br />thercby restricting the improvement of property duc to practical di fficulties brought about by <br />unique or cxtraordinary fcatures of the physical propelty that are beyond the property owncr's <br />control; and, <br />
