MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; <br />PLANNI:\'"G CASE NO. ZC02-004. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the applicant. John Matthews, has applied to rezone the properties located <br />at 2925 County Highway 10 and 290 I County Highway 10, with property identi fication numbers <br />as follows: <br /> <br />06-30-23-31-0031 <br />06-30-23-31-0173 <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Planning Commission has revicwcd thc following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />1 . Zoning Map <br />.., future Land Use Map <br />3. StafT Report <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public meeting rcgarding this rcquest on <br />Wednesday, August 21, 2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1125.01 of the Mounds View Zoning Codc, the <br />Planning Commission is to considcr the possible adverse effects of the proposed rezoning and <br />shall make a finding of fact related to its review of the request; and, <br /> <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />makes the following findings regarding the possible adverse effects of this rezoning as required <br />by the Mounds View Zoning Code: <br /> <br />1, The Current zoning of the lots is R-l, Single Family Residential and B-3, Highway <br />Business. The rcqucsted zoning of the lots is R-3, Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />2. According to the Comprehcnsive Plan, thc parcels proposcd to bc rezoned arc designated <br />Mixed-Use PUD on the Future Land Use map. <br /> <br />3. The minimum land area required for a PUD is three (3) acres. The subject properties total <br />approximately 2.3 acres. <br />
