VR02-01 0 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, Violet Woods has applied for a variance from the maximum curb-cut width <br />requirement to allow a proposed driveway addition to be constructed on the property located at <br />7720 Woodlawn Drive; and, <br /> <br />\VIIER]~AS, the subject parcel is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Gree4ield Ponds <br />Block 4. Lot 3 <br />Ramsey COllIIZv.
