<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 723-03 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />REQUEST FOR A 780 SQUARE FOOT EXPANSION OF THE BUSINESS LOCATED <br />AT 2865 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. DE03-001. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Applicant, Greg Johnson, property owner of 2865 County <br />Highway 10 has requested approval of a Development Review to construct a 780 <br />square-foot expansion to his business; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned R-O, Residential Office, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Highway, Lot 49, Auditor's Subdivision 89, <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />any new construction or expansion of existing facilities of ten percent or more of the <br />building area requires the approval of a development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Building Permit Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Site Plan <br />d. Elevation Drawing <br />e. Floor Plan <br />f. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies all applicable requirements of <br />the Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site plan indicates that the proposed addition would be 20 feet <br />by 39 feet with a footprint of 780 square feet. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, finding that all of the requirements have been met, does hereby <br />recommend that the City Council approve the development review request for the <br />construction of a 780 square foot addition to the existing business facility located at <br />2865 County Highway 10. <br />
