She also clarified <br />the Pl nning Commission has not reviewed the revised <br />landsc aping plan. Final. approval would be up to <br />the Co uncil. <br />Clerk/ dministrator Pauley clarified that after <br />discus ion with Attorney Karney, this would not be <br />an ame dment to the development. agreement, and the <br />Counci can accept the alternate landscaping plan as <br />being dequate. <br />Motion'Second: Hankner/Wuori to accept the revised <br />landsc ping plan, according to Rick Wriskey's <br />sugges~, ions. <br />3 ayes~j~ 1 nay Motion Carried <br />Councimember Quick voted gainst the motion. <br />Mr. H I n advised the new sign had gone up without <br />removl of the old sign, which does create another <br />probl <br />Clerk dministrator Pauley suggested the Council <br />could ave the first reading of the ordinance with <br />the u erstanding the second reading would not occur <br />unti the old sign was taken down. <br />Mayor Hankner stated she agreed, with the addition <br />that he landscaping must also be to the Forester's <br />satis action. <br />Counc'lmember Wuori noted the Planning Commision <br />usual y accepts the recommendation of the Forester <br />for p antings. <br />I <br />Counc lmember Quick stated he felt by passing the <br />resol'tion, they were sending the flag up that the <br />City oes not require compliance. <br />Motio /Second: Hankner/Wuori to have the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 480, amending the Muni- <br />cipal~Code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 47 <br />entit ed "House and Building Numbers", with the <br />condi ion there be no second reading until such <br />• time 's the old sign has been removed and the revised <br />lands aping plan has been approved by the Forester <br />as coy gleted. <br />4 aye~'~ 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
