<br />~~ <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, based upon its review of the identified hardship, does hereby grant final approval <br />of the variance request for a twenty-three (23) foot rcar yard setback for a proposed addition <br />constructed at 2369 County Road I, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />I. The applicants shall obtain approval of a building pemlit for the expansion before work <br />commences. <br /> <br />2.
