The proposal to keep three dogs should not depreciate the <br />surrounding area. <br /> <br />4. The applicant has sufficiently demonstrated that a need exists for the <br />proposed residential kennel. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds <br />View Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit <br />for a residential dog kennel, with conditions as follows: <br /> <br />1, No more than three dogs shall be allowed on the property. <br /> <br />2, The applicant shall be responsible for paying an annual license fee upon <br />approval of this permit and again every year thereafter. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall maintain the yard and kennel area in a clean, quiet, <br />orderly and sanitary condition. <br /> <br />4. The City Council, at its discretion, may review this conditional use permit <br />at any time in the future if the need to do so arises. <br /> <br />5.
