Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 3038, for the requested planned unit development <br />amendment and site design plans for a proposed build- <br />ing expansion for Multi-Tech Systems, Inc., 2205 Woodale <br />Drive, Planning Case No. 292-90, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from the <br />floor. <br />Mayor Hankner requested that Item B be removed from <br />the consent agenda. <br />Councilmember Wuori requested that Hardees and <br />People's Plus be removed from Item E on the consent <br />agenda. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Blanchard to approve the con- <br />sent agenda, minus Items B and Hardees and People's <br />Plus under Item E, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />• 5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner explained a note had been received from <br />Chief Fagerstrom concerning a change in time for the <br />joint meeting of Blaine, Mounds View and Spring Lake <br />Park for a fire department tour. It is now scheduled <br />for June 5 at 6 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to set a special <br />meeting for June 5 at 6 PM, for a joint meeting of <br />the Mounds View, Blaine and Spring Lake Park Councils <br />and fire department. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to set a special meet- <br />ing of the Council for June 5 at 8:30 PM to discuss <br />1990 budget amendments. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />It was agreed by the Council that Staff need not be <br />present for the meeting.
