<br />Resolution No. 810-05 <br />PaUl' 2 of 2 <br />h <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1125.02, Subdivision 2 of the Mounds Vie\v Municipal Code, the <br />Planning Commission is to re\'iew a standard sct of criteria. of which allll1ust be satisfied, in order to grant a <br />variance to the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />:\'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning Commission makes the <br />following finding of Illcts related to this request: <br /> <br />1. The property is zoned B-3. Highway Business District. <br /> <br />') <br /> <br />The thmt and side dri\'t~\vay setback in the B-3 District is five (5) feet. <br /> <br />3. The applicant is requesting a reduction of thc front and side driveway setback to improve \'Chicle <br />mo\'ements on the site and to satis1y tire code access requirements. <br /> <br />4. The subject property cannot provide lire code-compliant access to the rear of thc property but for a <br />reduction of the tl:ont and rear drive\vay setback. <br /> <br />5.
