' Mounds View City Council July 23, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />• Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to direct Staff to have <br />Twin City Testing do a foundation analysis test <br />behind City Hall. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mr. Minetor reported Loose Ends has closed for <br />business, and the issue may come before the Council <br />in the future about refunding a portion of their <br />license fee. <br />Mr. Minetor reported the County Road J project will <br />technically require a wetland permit to place fill <br />next to the road by Sysco. Two issues need to be <br />decided, whether the fee will be charged to Ramsey <br />County, and how an extensive a report the Council <br />would like to see. <br />Mayor Hankner noted the City wouldn't charge the <br />County as it still comes from the taxpayers pockets, <br />and she has no problem with it as long as they are <br />asking up front. She also directed Staff to put <br />together a short summary on reports, to be discussed <br />at an agenda session. <br />• Councilmember Blanchard had no re ort. 14. Councilmember <br />Paone <br />Counci_lmernber Wuori asked about the power being cut Councilmember <br />with the street light installation around the library. Wuori <br />Mr. Minetor replied they are still determining who <br />the problem lies with. <br />Councilmember Wuori reminded everyone of the upcoming <br />performances of Gypsy., by the Mounds View Community <br />Theatre.. <br />Councilmember Quick congratulated the Mounds View Councilmember <br />Athletic Association boys 15 and under team, which Quick <br />swept five games at the weekend tournament in Blaine, <br />and will now be going on to the nationals. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Paone to appoint Ric Minetor Mayor Hankner <br />• as Acting Administrator until a new Administrator is <br />hired, and direct Staff to search out consulting firms <br />to assist in the search for an Administrator. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
