The applicant shall execute a cross access, joint parking and maintenance agreement <br />with the owner of the Walgreens site and provide a copy of said document to the City for <br />its records. <br /> <br />3. Building materials shall be consistent on all four building elevations. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall consent to the dedication of an easement over the proposed <br />retention / infiltration areas. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall provide details for the proposed garbage enclose. The enclosure <br />shall be constructed with the materials used for the building to maintain a consistent <br />appearance. <br /> <br />6.
