Resolution 840-06 <br />Page 7_ <br />6. The same architectural requirements would prevaii for this lot, and any accessory <br />buildings must be constructed using the same materials and design as the <br />primary structure. <br />7. There do not appear to be any adverse effects associated with this proposed <br />amendment. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission, <br />based upon the above findings of fact, does hereby recommend that the O'Neil Property <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) be amended such that one accessory building be <br />expressly permitted at 2442 Highway 10, Lot 1, Block 2, Anthony Properties Addition <br />(Parcel A), subject to the following: <br />1. Applicant shall obtain Rice Creek Watershed District approval before a <br />building permit will be issued for this development. <br />2. The accessory building shall be of the same design and constructed of the <br />same materials as the primary structure. <br />3. The accessory building shall be attached to the primary structure, and be <br />located on the southwest side of the building. <br />4.
