The Applicant shall arrange to bring the existing shed from 8184 Eastwood Road <br />into compliance with setback and zoning requirements based on the proposed new <br />lot line. <br />The applicant shall arrange to immediately combine Parcel A with the existing 6.31 <br />acre Church property at 8211 Red Oak Drive. No construction activity shall be <br />permitted on Parcel A <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the Applicant shall have 60 <br />days from final approval to file proper documentation with Ramsey County, including new <br />deeds, easement documents and lot combination agreement, and furnish proof of such <br />recording to the City showing evidence of such recording.
