Resolution 858-07 <br />Page 2 <br />2. The Applicant shall arrange to bring the existing shed from 8184 Eastwood Road <br />into compliance with setback and zoning requirements based on the proposed new <br />lot line. <br />The applicant shall arrange to immediately combine Parcel A with the existing 6.31 <br />acre Church property at 8211 Red Oak Drive. No construction activity shall be <br />permitted on Parcel A <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the Applicant shall have 60 <br />days from final approval to file proper documentation with Ramsey County, including new <br />deeds, easement documents and lot combination agreement, and furnish proof of such <br />recording to the City showing evidence of such recording. If such action is not accomplished <br />by the date so indicated, this minor subdivision approval shall be considered null and void. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that no park dedication fee shall be <br />imposed on this subdivision due to there being no increase in density or no further <br />intensification of the land usage. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of this minor <br />subdivision in no way shall be construed as tacit or implicit approval or endorsement of any <br />subsequent development appiication. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the <br />minutes. <br />Adopted this 24th day of January, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />� <br />� <br />, <br />/� � <br />1 c" <br />' -� <br />Gary Stevenspn, <br />L�'. �M-��...� <br />hairperson <br />� U.iVtn.11.� �iR.�v1-�� <br />James Ericson <br />Community Development Director <br />
