Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to approve Resolution No. 3068, authorizing the preparation of documents providing for a fire service bond referendum, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion/Second: ~iankner/Blanchard to set a meeting for August 15th at 2 PM for the Council to meet with the management audit .group and City employees. 5 ayes 0 nays Park, Recreation and Forestry Director Saarion reviewed the activities of the Park, Recreation and Forestry department for the second quarter.
