Resolution 9Q7-09 <br />t'age 2 <br />i. Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of conflict wifh <br />through traffic movement and shall be subject to the approval of the Director of <br />Public Works/City Engineer. <br />j. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in <br />compliance with the Mounds View Sign Code. <br />k. Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br />I.
