MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 917-09* <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO <br />REMOVE THE R-O, RESIDENTIAL-OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, City staff has recommended that Chapter 1111, R-O, Residential- <br />Office zoning district be deleted from the Zoning Code, along with all other references in <br />the city code to the R-O district; and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has deleted Chapter 1111 in its entirety, and amended <br />Chapters 1008, 1104, 1105, 1121 and 1124 of the Mounds View Zoning Code by <br />deleting the ���;-Es�", language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br />Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 2. and Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 3 <br />Subd. 2.
