MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 917-09* CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO REMOVE THE R-O, RESIDENTIAL-OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT WHEREAS, City staff has recommended that Chapter 1111, R-O, Residential- Office zoning district be deleted from the Zoning Code, along with all other references in the city code to the R-O district; and, WHEREAS, City staff has deleted Chapter 1111 in its entirety, and amended Chapters 1008, 1104, 1105, 1121 and 1124 of the Mounds View Zoning Code by deleting the ��;-Es�", language and adding the underlined text as follows: Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 2. and Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 3 Subd. 2.
