<br />Appeals may impose such r°°'��'^�„�^,Q conditions upon the premises benefited by
<br />a variance as may be necessary to comply with the standards established by this Title
<br />or to reduce or minimize the effect of such variance upon other properties in the
<br />neighborhood and to better carry out the intent of the variance. The condition must be
<br />directiv related to and must bear a rouah proportionalitv to the imoact created bv the
<br />variance.
<br />Subd. 6. Administrative Variance Process:
<br />a. Types: Property owners seeking relief from the Zoning Code may request an
<br />administrative variance, provided that the property is zoned R-1 or R-2 and either of
<br />the following is applicable:
<br />(1) The request concerns setbacks; the variance amount is within twenty-five
<br />percent (25%) of code requirements; and approval of the variance does not result in
<br />a setback of less than five feet (5'); and
