The variance does not alter the essential character of the neiahborhood. <br />Subd. 6. That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate <br />the unusual hardship. Economic conditions alone do not constitute unusual hardshio. <br />Subd. 7. The Council mav impose such conditions upon the premises benefited bv the <br />variance. as mav be necessarv to comolv with the standards established bv this <br />section or to reduce or minimize the effect of such variance upon other prooerties in <br />the neiahborhood. and to better carrv out the intent of the variance.
