Resolulion 1017-1�! <br />Page 3 <br />Section 1116.02: Conditional Uses <br />1116.04: CONDITIONAL USES: The following are conditional uses in an I-1 District <br />(requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by <br />Section 1125.01 of this Title): <br />Subd. 1. Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use. <br />Subd. 2. Open or outdoor service, sale and rental as a principal or an accessory use and <br />including sales in or from motorized vehicles, trailers or wagons; provided, that: <br />a. Accessory outside service, sales and equipment rental connected with a principal <br />use is limited to thirty percent (30%) of the gross floor area of the principal use. <br />b. Outside sales areas are fenced or screened from view of neighboring residential <br />uses or an abutting residential district in compliance with subdivisions 1103.08(I) <br />through (5) of this Title. <br />Subd. 3. Motor freight terminals. <br />Subd. 4. Industrial planned unit development as regulated by Chapter 1119 of this Title. <br />Subd. 5. Manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging or treatment of flammable <br />liquids. <br />Subd. 9. Automobile assembly and/or major repair. <br />Subd. 10. Creamery, bottling plant, ice cream manufacture, ice manufacture, cold storage <br />and/or milk distribution station. <br />
