Call to <br />Mayor Hankner at 7:00 PM on Monday, September 24, Order <br />1990. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, 3. Roll Call <br />Blanchard, Paone and Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney and City <br />Engineer/Public Works Director Minetor. <br />• Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to table approval 4. Approval of <br />of the August 27, 1990 minutes. Minutes: <br />_ _ August 27, <br />5 ayes 0 nays 1990 and <br />September 10, <br />1990 <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor Hankner directed Staff to go through the <br />August 27 minutes and make corrections and <br />clarifications as needed, and place on the Council <br />agenda for October 1st, for further review. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Wuori to approve the <br />September 10, 1990 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner stated that for future meetings, she <br />would propose that the residents requests and <br />comments from the floor be moved toward the end <br />of the agenda, as the Council needs to get the <br />regular City business dealt with, without delaying <br />others who are on the agenda. <br />Duane McCarty, Long Lake Road, stated he has <br />questioned many times recently whether the Council <br />was being open with the residents concerning <br />meeting dates and times, noting he is very sensitive <br />to that issue. <br />Motion Carried <br />5.
