Preliminary Plat <br />3. Zoning Map <br />4. Aerial View <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat for the Mounds View <br />Business Park 3`d Addition, submitted by Multi-Tech Systems, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fee of $115,426, or as determined <br />by the City Council. <br />2. The applicant shall satisfy all requirements made by the City Attorney as <br />stated in the plat opinion. <br />3. The applicant shall pay all City costs, including those of the City Attorney. <br />4.
