MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />1:7�Y�l��j�[�7►�►N�i[�Yk�iF� <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO <br />TITLE 1100, CHAPTER 1112 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING CODE TO ADD <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY OUTDOOR FOOD SALES; <br />SPECIAL PLANNING CASE 195-15 <br />WHEREAS, City staff has recommended that amendments be made to the <br />zoning code relating to temporary outdoor food sales; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission agrees with the City Staff <br />recommendation that requirements specifically for temporary outdoor food sales should <br />be added; and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has amended Chapter 1112.03 of the Mounds View City <br />Code by deleting the ��;�2„ language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br />1112.03: ACCESSORY USES: The following are permitted accessory uses in a B-1 <br />District: <br />Subd. 7. Temporarv outdoor food sales as an accessory use and includinq sales in or <br />from motorized vehicles, trailers, or waqons, subiect to the followinq: <br />a. The activitv shall not continue on the same propertV for a period qreater than <br />twenty-one (21) consecutive davs. <br />b. Notwithstandinq Article 13, Section 7 of the Minnesota Constitution, a <br />license issued bv the City shall be obtained prior to commencinp the activitv. <br />c. A permit will not be issued without the written consent of the propertv owner. <br />d. The sales area shall be prassed or surtaced to control dust. <br />e. The activity shall not take up parkinq space as required for conformitv of this <br />Title. <br />f. All liqhtinq shall be hooded and so directed that the liqht source shall not be <br />visible frorn the public rigf�t-of-wav or from neighboring residences and shall <br />be in compliance with Sections 1103.08 and 1103.09 of this Title. <br />
