Fractions of Space: When determining the number of off-street parking spaces <br />results in a fraction, each fraction of one-half (1/2) or more shall constitute another <br />space. <br />Subd. 2. Places of Assembly: In stadiums, sports arenas, c�r�es reliqious institutions <br />and other places of public assembly in which patrons or spectators occupy <br />benches, pews or other similar seating facilities, each twenty two inches (22") of <br />such seating facilities shall be counted as one (1) seat for the purpose of <br />determining requirements. <br />
