Resolution 1040-15 <br />Page 2 <br />1. The current zoning of the lot is B-1, Neighborhood Business. The requested zoning <br />of the lot is B-2, Limited Business. <br />2. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designates the subject parcel as <br />Neighborhood Commercial. <br />3. The proposed rezoning would not be inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. The proposed rezoning would not be incompatible with the surrounding uses. <br />5. The proposed rezoning would not appear to depreciate the neighborhood. <br />6. The proposed rezoning would not be expected to create any adverse effects to the <br />surrounding area. <br />7.
