Resolution 1060-16 <br />November 16, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code, Section 1127.06, Subd 3(e) permits the City <br />Council to approve a fifteen percent (15%) reduction in landscaping requirements if the property <br />is located in the I-1 District; and, <br />WHEREAS, the property is located in the I-1 District, and the landscape plan, dated <br />December 12, 2016 has been reviewed by City Staff, and found to be compliant with City Code, <br />Section 1127.05 regarding minimum landscaping requirements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Aerial Map <br />4. Site Photos <br />5. Applicant's Narrative (plan drawings, dated Dec. 12, 2016, received Nov 7, 2016) <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission agrees with Staffs analysis of the <br />Site Plan, and finds that the request complies with the Mounds View City Code, Section <br />1103.08, Subd 3 (Fencing); and Section 1121.14 (Reduced Parking); and Section 1127.05 <br />(Landscaping); and, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission does hereby recommend approval of a Development Review for property located at <br />2466 Bronson Dr., subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant may construct a fence not to exceed ninety-six inches (96") in <br />height for screening and security, in a location consistent with the site plan, dated <br />December 12, 2016. <br />2. The applicant shall construct a minimum of thirty-seven (37) parking stalls, and <br />reserve a minimum of six (6) additional parking stalls as an undevelopable area, <br />consistent with the site plan, dated December 12, 2016. <br />3. The applicant shall install landscaping consistent with the site plan, dated <br />December 12, 2016. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the <br />minutes. <br />Adopted this 16`h day of November, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Gary <br />Stevenson,Chai`� <br />�C /n/Vti <br />Jakis Ericson, City Administrator <br />
