RESOLUTION No. 1062-16 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORAGE AS AN ACCESSORY USE, FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2466 BRONSON DR. (PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY); <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE MU2016-003 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner, the City of Mounds View, has requested approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage as an accessory use. The property is <br />located at 2466 Bronson Dr., Mounds View, MN, and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 of Mounds View City Hall Addition <br />PID: 08-30-23-22-0042 <br />WHEREAS, the above-described lands are zoned I-11 Industrial, and designated as <br />Institutional in the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code, Section 1116.04, Subd 1 permits Open and <br />Outdoor Storage as an Accessory Use within the I-1 District, with a Conditional Use Permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Aerial Map <br />4. Site Photos <br />5. Applicant's Narrative (plan drawings, dated Dec. 12, 2016, received Nov 7, 2016) <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council will hold a duly -noticed Public Hearing <br />regarding this request on November 28, 2016; and, <br />WHEREAS, according to the Mounds View City Code, Section 1125.01, Subd 3, the <br />City Council is to review a standard set of criteria when considering a Conditional Use Permit, <br />including making Findings; and, <br />
