Resolution 1062-16 <br />November 16, 2016 <br />Page 4 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, based upon the above findings, recommends approval of a Conditional Use Permit <br />for open and outdoor storage as an accessory use, as requested by the City of Mounds View <br />(property owner) for property at 2466 Bronson Dr., subject to the following conditions: <br />The applicant shall construct the open and outdoor storage areas in compliance with the <br />Mounds View City Code, and consistent with plans dated December 12, 2016, received <br />November 7, 2016. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the <br />minutes. <br />Adopted this 16th day of November, 2016. f� f <br />Gary Stevensop Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />Ja es Ericson, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
