RESOLUTION No. 1063-16 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OVER 800 GALLONS ABOVE <br />GROUND, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2466 BRONSON DR. (PUBLIC WORKS <br />FACILITY); MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE MU2016-003 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner, the City of Mounds View, has requested approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit for the storage of flammable liquids over 800 gallons above ground. The <br />property is located at 2466 Bronson Dr., Mounds View, MN, and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 of Mounds View City Hall Addition <br />PID: 08-30-23-22-0042 <br />WHEREAS, the above-described lands are zoned I-1, Industrial, and designated as <br />Institutional in the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code, Section 1116.04, Subd 9 permits the storage <br />of flammable liquids over 800 gallons above ground, with a Conditional Use Permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, the City of Mounds View, has requested a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow two (2) 3,000 gallon above ground fuel tanks; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Aerial Map <br />4. Site Photos <br />5. Applicant's Narrative (plan drawings, dated Dec. 12, 2016, received Nov 7, 2016) <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council will hold a duly -noticed Public Hearing <br />regarding this request on November 28, 2016; and, <br />
