RESOLUTION 1078-17 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2018 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />WHEREAS, Municipal Code, Section 401.06, Subd 2 (Organization; Meetings) states <br />Regular meetings shall be held for the purposes of convening public hearings and conducting <br />business which requires a vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission shall <br />hold at least one (1) regular meeting each month on a day and at a time and a place which the <br />Commission shall fix by resolution "; and, <br />WHEREAS, Planning Commission Bylaws, Section VI(A)(1) (Regular Meetings) states <br />Subject to the adopted meeting schedule, the Commission's regular meetings will occur on the <br />first and third Wednesdays of each month for the purpose of convening public hearings, making <br />recommendations to the City Council, conducting business which requires a vote of the <br />Commission, convening as the Board ofAdjustment and Appeals, conducting long-range <br />planning functions and other official business.
