The following fanguage was proposed and the Commission supported such an <br />amendment: <br />�/lulti-FamilV developments havinq been consiructed priorto Januarv 1, 2003 shal! <br />firsi obtain a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) prior to expandinq fhe number of <br />dwellinq units or the principal buildinc� footprint.
