Resolution 734-03 <br />Page 2 <br />1. The applicants shali submit a Cerfificate of Survey or a Registered Land Survey <br />Prior to the City Councii approving this subdivision. <br />2. The applicants shafl arrange to have a Title Commitmenfi drafted and submitted <br />prior to the approva! of the subdivisian by the Ci�y Cour�cif. <br />3. The applicants shall submit the requii-ed park dedication fee prior fio the City <br />ap�roving the deeds for recordation. <br />4. The cerfificate of survey or RLS shall indicate a(I easements present dedicated in <br />addition to fhose easements tha� are necessary, which are as follows: Front and <br />rear (ot lines: 10 feei; side ]oi lines, 5 feet. The Certificafie of survey or RLS shail <br />have text which states, "Separate drainage and utility easement documenis over <br />the proposed easement areas have been executed and recorded wiYh Ramsey <br />County," <br />5.
