The <br />Code states that curb cuts not in compfiar�ce with the code may be allowed to remain so lang <br />a� �hey are not deemed a public hazard. <br />Site inspections reveai no apparent hazard or danger associated with the two curb cuts, both <br />of which access Spring Lake Road. (Neither curb cut access County Road H2.)
