<br />sion, upset about a devetapment or projeet

<br />It can be di�ficult eo stay calm in the
<br />chaxged atmosphere oF the meeting room,
<br />when residents face off against the project
<br />applicant. Name-cailing, heated accusa-
<br />tions, and loud e�ressions of discontent
<br />are not uncommon.
<br />It can be wise to keep in mind
