Resolution 720-03 <br />Page 2 <br />3. The applicant shall record the deeds with Ramsey County not Iater than 60 days ' <br />beyond City Council approval. Failure to do so shail render subdivisian approvat null <br />and void. The applicant shall submit proof of recordation to the City of Mounds <br />tTiew. No building permits shall be issued until proof of recordation is provided. <br />4. Eaeh dwelling unit shall have separate utility services. The applicant shall submit a <br />uiility plan to the Public Works Department before requesting permits. <br />5. Each resulting dwelling unit shalt meet e�sting buitding codes. <br />6.
