Section II(B) requires that the Bylaws be reviewed annually at the <br />Commission’s first meeting in February. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />The Bylaws were last amended in April 2017, removing “Agenda Sessions” as one of <br />four types of Commission meetings. Agenda Sessions were intended as work sessions <br />to discuss non-actionable items (e.g. reviewing, but not approving minutes), which in <br />practice, are discussed during “Regular Meetings”. <br /> <br />Staff is not proposing any changes to the Bylaws at this time. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission is requested to review the Bylaws.
