No information has been provided. <br /> <br />Mayor Sonterre clarified the only direction given by the City is for them to outline a proposal for <br />the City to consider. <br /> <br />Mr. Lamb asked if there was any discussion prior to this study with Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> <br />Mayor Sonterre stated he was not aware of any discussion prior to this discussion. To the best of <br />his recollection this is the only study he is aware of that came before the Park and Recreation <br />Committee. <br /> <br />10. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinances 677 (EDC), and 678 (Planning <br />and Zoning), Amending City Code Language Relating to Council Liaisons to <br />Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Waive the Reading and Approve Ordinance 677 <br />(EDC), Amending City Code Language Relating to Council Liaisons to Boards and <br />Commissions. <br /> <br />Council Member Stigney questioned whether the Ordinance needed to state the Staff position. <br /> <br />City Attorney Vose stated it was Council’s discretion. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Quick/Marty/Thomas/Stigney/Sonterre.
