<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5533 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF A POLICE OFFICER <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, members of the Police Civil Service Commission consisting of three <br />members and serving the Citizens of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon the recommendation of the Police Civil Service Commission <br />and the submission of three names for consideration, the City Council shall cause the <br />hiring of a police officers to occur; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a police officer shall be hired by the <br />city, and begin a probationary period of one year before permanent status <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />authorize the hiring of _______________________________________ <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT will begin <br />employment with the City of Mounds View within 30 days.
