It is <br />possible a small hole may have developed in the structure. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Council award the 2001-5, Well No. 6 Maintenance base bid to <br />Bergerson-Caswell for $21,334.00 and authorize the Director of Public Works to sign all change <br />orders up to $32,000.00.
