RESOLUTION NO. 5544 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DONATING SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city no longer has a productive use for property described in Exhibit A due to <br />deterioration and/or obsolescence; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is not financially feasible to dispose of the property through established city policies <br />pertaining to surplus property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Mobile Home Park, through a grant from J.C. Penny, has recently established <br />a “Community Center” that will provide educational assistance, recreational opportunities, and meeting <br />space for park residents and adjacent property owners; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Mobile Home Park could utilize the property for their “Community Center.” <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Mounds View, Minnesota, that the <br />surplus property itemized in Exhibit A of this resolution shall be donated to the Mounds View Mobile <br />Home Park’s Community Center. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of March, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Rich Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br /> Kathleen Miller, City Clerk/Administrator <br />
