R-4 High Density Residential District: <br /> <br /> (1) Signs as allowed in subdivision 2a hereof. <br /> <br /> (2) Direction signs for office, model, apartments, etc., locations not exceeding five (5) square feet. <br /> <br /> e. R-0 Residential-Office District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2d hereof. <br /> <br /> f. B-1 Neighborhood Business District: <br /> <br /> (1) Signs not exceeding one hundred (100) square feet total area combined. This includes all types of <br />permanent signs, as defined in Section 1008.01 of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> (2) Temporary signs, as allowed in subdivision 9e of this Section. <br /> <br /> g. B-2 Limited Business District: <br /> <br /> (1) Signs not exceeding one hundred (100) square feet per business occupant. This includes all types of <br />permanent signs, as defined in Section 1008.01 of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> (2) Temporary signs as allowed in subdivision 9e of this Section. <br /> <br /> h. B-3 Highway Business District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2g hereof. <br /> <br /> i. B-4 Regional Business District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2g hereof. <br /> <br /> j. Only one (1) pedestal <br />sign is allowed per property. <br /> <br /> l. R-5 Mobile Home District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2d hereof, excluding subdivision 2a(2) of this <br />Section relating to allowable signage. (Ord 585, 7-15-96) <br /> <br /> m. PF Public Facilities District: Signs not exceeding one hundred (100) square feet total per building. In addition <br />pedestal signs are allowed in accordance with Section 1008.01, subdivision 6 except that no permit shall be granted <br />for any pedestal sign of more than forty (40) square feet within one hundred feet (100') of any single family <br />residence. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, such signs shall only identify and relate to the activities <br />that are intended to occur on the site. Billboards, as permitted by Section 1008.08, subdivision 10, are allowed as <br />an interim use under Minnesota Statutes, section 462.3597. (Ord. 637, 2-14-00) <br /> <br /> n.
