Mounds View City Council July 9, 2001 <br />Regular Meeting Page 18 <br /> <br />Planning Associate Jim Atkinson reviewed the Staff Report. The Council approved a prior <br />request to add 35 spaces with 3 conditions. The Case had been tabled due to one document, and <br />as of today that document was issued. <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs explained the contract for private development appears to suggest <br />modifications can be made. However, there is no verification whether everything was done <br />properly when the parcel was transferred to new owners. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development Ericson suggested approving a resolution to amend the <br />resolution that approved the expansion and amend that resolution stating Council no longer <br />desires to have the developer agreement amended. <br /> <br />This will be discussed at the next work session. <br /> <br /> I. Closed Session <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs stated the Labor and Relations Negotiations requires by Minnesota Statute to <br />have a motion to approve discussion of that item in a closed session. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Discuss Item I Labor Negotiations in Closed Session. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Layover Agenda Items 8, 9 and 10 to the Next Regularly <br />Scheduled Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />11.
