To Recess at 8:56 p.m. Until the end of the EDA <br />Meeting, then Rejourn to Closed Session. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />Return to Council Meeting from recess to the EDA meeting at 9:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Sonterre adjourned the Council meeting to closed session at 9:18 p.m. <br /> <br />Return from closed session. <br /> <br />Mayor Sonterre stated there is one item the Council needs to take action on. <br /> <br />City Administrator Miller asked the Council to authorize City Staf f to enter into terms of <br />engagement that was incorporated in the letter provided to her by MMKR for conducting the <br />Golf Course fund audit and the Community Center fund audit. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Marty. To Enter Into Terms of Engagement as Per the Lett er <br />from MMKR. <br /> <br /> Ayes - -- 5 Nays - -- 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />11.
