RESOLUTION NO. 5613 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR GIVONNA REED, <br />ASSISTANT TO THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Givonna Reed is a regular full-time employee who began working <br />for the City of Mounds View on October 4, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Reed’s Supervisor has reviewed her performance as it relates <br />to the responsibilities outlined in the job description for the position of Assistant to <br />the City Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Reed’s Supervisor has determined that Ms. Reed has more <br />than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Assistant to the City Administrator <br />which is documented in her performance review on file; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Reed’s Supervisor recommends the City Council approve a <br />wage adjustment, from STEP THREE to STEP FOUR, which is consistent with <br />the City’s compensation policy as outlined in the City’s Personnel Policy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Givonna Reed from STEP THREE <br />($47,150.64) to STEP FOUR ($49,770.12) effective October 4, 2000. <br /> <br />Presented this10th day of September, 2001. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ____________________________________ <br /> Rich Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) ____________________________________ <br /> Kathleen F.
