Mounds View City Council September 10, 2001 <br />Regular Meeting Page 21 <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Stigney questioned whether the supporting documentation was part of the <br />public book that is available in Council Chambers on meeting nights. <br /> <br />City Administrator Miller indicated that any information provided to the Council will ultimately <br />be provided if a request is made. <br /> <br />Council Member Marty asked where the minute book is kept. <br /> <br />City Administrator Miller indicated it is kept in a room at City Hall except on meeting nights <br />when it is brought to Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Council Member Marty agreed to have the documents amended to reflect the date of the <br />document and the title on Pages 4 and 8 of the minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Approve the June 4 – 6, 2001, City Council Minutes <br />as Amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />It was the consent of Council to adjourn from the closed session. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Stigney. To Continue the City Council Meeting Until After the <br />EDA Meeting. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council reconvened the meeting at 9:50 p.m. and moved directly into a closed session. <br /> <br />12.
