MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Kathleen Miller, Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Steve Dazenski, Parks Foreman <br /> <br />DATE: September 20, 2001 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Update on the HVAC System at the Community Center <br /> <br />Staff has been in contact with Karges-Faulconbridge, Inc. (KFI) regarding the tasks <br />and costs relating to the correction of the HVAC system at the Community Center. <br />(I have attached the memo from August 30, 2001 for your reference.) <br /> <br />Attached to this memo is an outline of the work that needs to be performed, along <br />with the estimated related costs, for the repair(s) of the HVAC system. It should be <br />noted that by having the HVAC system operate at its full capacity, there will be an <br />immediate reduction to the monthly usage of the electric and gas. <br /> <br /> <br />
