RESOLUTION NO. 5638 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING KENNEL LICENSES FOR <br />SHAM-O-JETS KENNEL AND GERALDINE GROSSLEIN <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sham-O-Jets Kennel and Geraldine Grosslein have applied <br />to have their commercial and residential kennel licenses renewed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to <br />the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department has indicated that there are no <br />incidences on record that would warrant denying the applications. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does grant commercial and residential kennel licenses respectively to Sham-O- <br />Jets and Geraldine Grosslein, and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these licenses <br />will expire June 30, 2002. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br /> Kathleen Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Motion by: <br />Second by: <br />Sonterre Aye No <br />Quick Aye No <br />Stigney Aye No <br />Marty Aye No <br />Thomas Aye No
