The Code further <br />requires that the notice be published in the official newspaper 10 days in <br />advance of the public hearing. The public hearing notice regarding the <br />intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses for Jake’s was published in the <br />October 25, 2001 issue of the Focus News. <br /> <br />The following reviews have been conducted by staff and outside sources: <br /> <br />Health Inspections (St. Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health) <br />The Department of Public Health has indicated that it will conduct a second <br />inspection the week of November 12, 2001. The Department is recommending <br />that that license not be denied or delayed. <br /> <br />Police Inquiry and Investigations (Mounds View Police Department) <br />The Mounds View Police Department has issued a satisfactory report for the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Utility Billing Inquiry (City of Mounds View) <br />The Finance Department has issued a satisfactory report for the applicant. <br /> <br />Fire Inspection (City of Mounds View Fire Marshall) <br />The City’s Fire Marshall has indicated that sprinklers must be added to the <br />freezer and cooler, however, the applicant will be given until January 1, 2002 to <br />remedy the problem. issued a satisfactory report for all applicants other than <br />Robert’s Off 10. The Fire Marshall recommends that the liquor license not be <br />denied or delayed. <br /> <br />
