<br /> <br />607.08 607.08 <br /> <br /> certified to the County Auditor for collection along with current taxes in the following year or in such annual <br />installments, not exceeding ten (10), as the City Council may determine in each case. <br /> <br />Subd. 5.9. Landlord's Liability: <br /> <br /> a. For the purpose of this subdivision, "owner" is defined to include corporations and <br />partnerships as well as individual owners. <br /> <br /> b. Violation of the noise control regulations shall be the act of the owner of the residential dwelling unit as well as <br />the persons on the premises who violate said regulations; except, that the owner shall be liable only for those <br />violations occurring after receipt of written notice from the City of violation of the noise control regulations having <br />occurred at the residential dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Subd. 6.10. Penalty: Any person in violation of any of the provisions in this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Each day on which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
